Happy Halloween!
This morning, we read the book The Monster Who Lost His Mean written by Tiffany Strelitz Haber and illustrated by Kirstie Edmonds. During our music and movement time, we had a Halloween dance party. Next, during our math and cognition lesson, we made patterns with different colored spiders. Then, during our science and sensory lesson, we told a spooky story and touched things like wet spaghetti noodles, peeled grapes, yarn and pretend bones. Finally, for our fine motor and literacy lesson, we practiced cutting. We had a special treat today, we were able to watch It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. Pajama days are the best!
