Happy Father’s Day!
We had a wonderful time having doughnuts with our families this morning! Today we read the book Wise Up, Silly Owl! written by Steve Metzger and illustrated by Hans Wilhelm. During our math and cognition lesson, we practiced our shape recognition with the help from a toucan. Next, for our science and sensory lesson, we put jungle animals in our sensory bin and practiced making sounds that we would hear in the rainforest. Finally, during our fine motor and literacy lesson, we worked on our 3 fingers grips by tracing lines!
