Terrific Tuesday! Today we read the book Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak. This book is about a boy named Max that decided to sail on a boat to the land of the wild things. Max tames these wild things and becomes their king. After a while he misses home and decides to sail home. During our math and cognition activity, we matched pictures of rainforest animals. For our sensory and science activity, we painted our clay snakes. During our literacy and fine motor activity, we read a book about rainforest animals.

CLC will be closed Monday, August 14th to Monday, August 21st for our teacher work week.

Our mandatory orientation for the new school year will be from Tuesday, August 15th through Thursday, August 17th. There will be a sign up sheet outside of the office.

Our 2023-2024 school year session will begin on Tuesday, August 22nd!
