Goodnight Moon
Fun Friday! Today we read the book Goodnight Moon by Margaret Wise Brown. This childhood classic is about noticing the world around us and using it as a routine to say goodnight. Toward the last, the bunny is perfectly happy looking out the window to say “Goodnight star. Goodnight air.” before it is bunny’s turn to sleep. During our math and cognition activity, we made rocketship in space pictures. For our sensory and science activity, we had space sensory tubs. During our literacy and fine motor activity, we traced rocket flight paths.
