Flowers

Happy Wednesday! Today we read Why do Flowers Grow? by Harriet Ziefert. After we read this book we talked about how bees collect pollen from flowers so they can make honey! We also talked about how flowers start as seeds and then they grow into beautiful flowers. During our math and cognition activity we used matching cards and matched different bees and flowers together. For our sensory and science activity we did a science experiment with fake flowers and food coloring. Then for our literacy and fine motor we used crayons to match different flowers together.
