F is for Fox

Today we read the story Fox in Socks by Dr. Seuss. In this book, Mr. Fox tries to persuade his friend to play games that he doesn’t want to. After reading the story we talked about how we can respect our friends and their feeling when they don’t want to do something we want them to do. During our math and cognition activity, we counted animals on our counting cards. Then during our science and sensory activity, we painted paper plates and turned them into foxes. Then during our fine motor and literacy activity, we listened to a book on tape.
