Clean Hands, Healthy Bodies
Today we read the book Tooth on the Loose written by Linda Jennings and Gwyneth Williamson. During our music and movement time, we worked on our yoga poses! Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we sorted “germs” by color using tongs. Next, during our science and sensory lesson, we practiced washing our hands. We learned that we should wash our hands for 20 seconds, making sure to get in between our fingers and the backs of our hands. We also made “smash Jack-O-Lanterns.” Finally, for our fine motor and literacy lesson, we worked on tracing lines and writing words!
