“A” is for Apple!

Today we read the book I Am An Apple by Jean Marzollo. During our math and cognition lesson, we sorted apples by the colors red, green, and yellow. Next, during our science and sensory lesson, we made slime! It was sticky, gooey, but so much fun. We talk about how sometimes the best experiments are the ones that don’t always work quite right! Finally, during our fine motor and literacy lesson, we made “A”s into apples and practiced writing our names!
