🦊 Forest Friends: Exploring Woodland Animals

This morning, we read the book Wild Bears, written by Seymour Simon and illustrated by Matthew Siee. During our music and movement time, we pretended to be our favorite forest animals as we went on a bear hunt! Then, during our math and CCognition lesson, we matched different kinds of animals that we might find in the forest. For our science and sensory lesson, we drew our very own forests! Finally, during our literacy and fine motor lesson, we practiced tracing our names. It was a fun-filled day of exploring, learning, and discovering all about our forest animal friends!
