Green Eggs and Ham

Happy Wednesday! Today we read the book Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss. This story is about Sam-I-Am trying to convince his friend to eat green eggs and ham. Sam-I-Am spends most of the book offering different ways for his friend to eat them but he just doesn’t like them. After reading the book, we talked about foods we like and dislike. During our math and cognition activity, we used shapes to make Thing 1 and Thing 2. Then during our science and sensory activity, we mixed green food coloring with vinegar. We then put an egg into the vinegar to see if the egg would change colors. Then during our fine motor and literacy activity we used tongs to transfer pompoms from one container to the other.
