Happy Monday! This week is all about Valentine’s Day! Today we read the book Slugs in Love by Susan Pearson. This book is a love story between two slugs. One slug is shy and has to step out of her comfort zone in order to find love. During our math and cognition activity, we matched together different heart patterns and matched uppercase letters to lowercase letters. For our science and sensory activity, we reviewed emotion emoji heart cards. Lastly, for fine motor and literacy time we practiced writing our names.

CLC will be closing at 3pm on Friday, February 16th for a staff meeting.

CLC will be closed February 19th for President’s Day.

Our 8th annual Pizza for a Purpose will be held on Friday, March 8th at 6pm at Redhead Yacht Club. There will be a silent auction, prizes, and lots of fun at this event! Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door which includes all you can eat brick oven pizza. Children under 6 are free with purchase of an adult ticket. We hope to see you there!
