Happy Thursday everyone, today. We read When it Rained Hearts. In this story, we follow a little girl right in the middle of a rainstorm, but instead of water, it is hearts falling from the sky. She took the hearts and made valentine's cards for all her friends.

For math and cognition, we did candy graphs, so we used fake heart pieces and put them on the chart to see how many of each color we had. Then for science and sensory, we played with play-dough and used heart cutouts to make heart shapes. Then for cutting practice, we cut outlines on paper.

CLC will be closed on Monday, February 20 for President’s Day.

CLC will be closed Friday, March 10th for a teacher workday. This is also our 7th annual Pizza for a Purpose event at Redhead Lakeside Grill at 6pm.
