This week we are learning about different types of weather. The book that we read today was called Weather by Pamela Chanko and Daniel Moreton. In this book, we learned what we can do in the different types of weathers. During our math and cognition activity, we counted on some weather counting clip cards and once we counted we recognized the correct number on each card. Then we used a piece of string to do a tornado lacing using our fine motor skills. For our sensory and science activity, we made a rain cloud craft. We made a cloud by using cotton balls and then we used one of our fingers to paint the blue raindrops.
