Today we read Part-time Princess by Deborah Underwood. The girl in this book is a normal girl during the day and then at night she is a princess that saves different castles from dragons. During our first activity, we used our math and cognition skills to make a crown using a bunch of different shapes. We recognized each shape as we glued them onto the crown. Then we used our literacy and fine motor skills to match the correct letters to the correct superheroes. We had to recognize and match uppercase letters to lowercase letters. For our sensory and science activity, we painted a superhero mask.
