Happy Monday! This week we are learning about sports! Today we read the book The wheels on the racecar by Alexander Zane. In this book we went on a racecar adventure and learned about different parts of a racecar and a racetrack. During our math and cognition activity, we played a sports matching game. We matched the different sports to what gear was used to play them. Then we used our science and sensory skills to draw basketballs, footballs, and other types of balls. During our literacy and fine motor activity, we used white boards to write our names.

CLC will close at 4pm on Monday, February 13 for a staff meeting. Please make sure to pick up your child before this time.

CLC will be closed Friday, March 10th for a teacher workday. This is also our 7th annual Pizza for a Purpose event at Redhead Lakeside Grill at 6pm.
