This week we are learning about letters!! Today we ready the book Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin Jr... In this book all the lowercase letters climbed the coconut tree and the tree tipped over. Then all the uppercase letters helped the lowercase letters back into the tree. We talked about how we can be a good friend and help each other. During our math and cognition activity we counted how many letter A’s we had seen throughout our book. Then during our science and sensory activity we used our bingo daubers to find the letter A on our papers. During our fine motor and literacy activity we listened to a book on tape about letters.
