Happy Monday! This week we are learning about forest animals! Today we read the story Brave Little Bear by Rory Tyger. In this story we want along with a bear who was afraid of the dark. With the help of his friends he overcame his fear of the dark. We then talked about how to be good friends to each other and help when we see a friend who might be struggling with something. During our math and cognition activity, we matched the animal to their footprints. Then during our science and sensory activity, we colored a hedgehog and an owl. Then during our fine motor and literacy activity, we practiced writing our names with bingo daubers.
