Happy Friday! Today we read the book The Mouse Who Played Football by Brian Westbrook Sr. This book is about a mouse who wants to play football , but everyone thinks he is too small. He shows everyone that he can play and uses his size as his strength. During our math and cognition activity, we matched colored helmets to the same color of jersey. Then during our science and sensory activity, we played in a sensory bin filled with golfballs and pipe cleaners. Then we used our fine motor and literacy skills to practice tracing.
