Did you know every snowflake has six sides? Today we read the book Snow by Marion Dane Bauer. This book taught us about where snow comes from and what to expect when it does snow. After winter comes spring and the snow melts away. For our Math and cognition activity we used snowman cards to put the ABC’s in order. For science and sensory time we used play-doh to cut out shapes. Lastly, for fine motor and literacy time we practiced cutting.
