Today we read the book Barnyard Fun by Maureen Wright and illustrated by Paul Ratz de Tagyos.  During our math and cognition lesson, we helped a farmer put his fence posts in the correct number order from 1 to 10. Next, during our science and sensory lesson, we water colored a rooster! Finally, for our fine motor and literacy lesson, we listened to a book on tape.

We have been talking a bit about elections and voting in honor of the Presidential Election. Last week our friends voted for our lunch today. The candidates were pizza, hot dogs, or spaghetti Today we found out the results of our vote. The big winner was spaghetti!!! Our friends were so happy with the results.
