Bones
Today we read You Can Count on Me by Regina Burch. This book taught us how to use our bodies to be responsibility to help keep us helpful and strong. During our math and cognition activity, we did a fingerprint counting graph. We had to put our finger into a stamp pad and counted our fingerprints as we put them in the correct spots. Then we used our literacy and fine motor skills to listen to a book on tape. For our sensory and science activity, we painted a watercolor x-ray of a person. Our teachers gave us a white paper that was cut out as a person. We had to paint the person with our watercolors and make the bones show up.
