Today we read the book The Day It Rained Hearts by Felicia Bond. This book was about a little girl who caught raining hearts, and she gave them to the people she loves. For our math and cognition activity we used cut out hearts to make shapes in play-doh. For science and sensory time we made candy heart patterns. Lastly, for fine motor and literacy time we did cutting practice.

CLC will be closing at 3pm on Friday, February 16th for a staff meeting.

CLC will be closed February 19th for President’s Day.

Our 8th annual Pizza for a Purpose will be held on Friday, March 8th at 6pm at Redhead Yacht Club. There will be a silent auction, prizes, and lots of fun at this event! Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door which includes all you can eat brick oven pizza. Children under 6 are free with purchase of an adult ticket. We hope to see you there!
