Happy Friday! Today we read the book There was an Old Lady Who Swallowed Some Leaves by Lucille Colandro. This book was about a lady who ate a bunch of random things until she sneezed it all up! This book taught us about our sense of taste. For our math and cognition activity we made shapes out of glue and used cinnamon to sprinkle on top. For science and sensory time we had a taste test between something salty and sweet. We tried pretzels vs marshmallows. Lastly, for our fine motor and literacy time we practiced tracing.
