Happy Thursday! Today, we read Zoom! Zoom! Zoom! I’m off to the Moon! By Dan Yaccarino. This book talks about the fun adventures a boy takes in his rocket ship and all the exciting things he has seen. First, for math and cogniton we matched colorful stars to the planets. Next, for sensory and science activity, we watched Ms. Adrienne do a coke and mentos science experiment where she put mentos into a 2 liter of coke and watched the soda fizz out of the bottle. Last, for fine motor and literacy activity, we used ABC space matching flash cards to recognize the alphabet.
