Chinese New Year
Today we read the book Dragon Dance by Joan Holub. This book taught us about how the Chinese New Year is celebrated. During our math and cognition activity we made German flag patterns. During science and sensory time we cut flag shapes into play-doh. Lastly, for fine motor and literacy time we practiced cutting.
~Upcoming Important Events~
Our 8th annual Pizza for a Purpose will be held on Friday, March 8th at 6pm at Redhead Yacht Club. There will be a silent auction, prizes, and lots of fun at this event! Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door which includes all you can eat brick oven pizza. Children under 6 are free with purchase of an adult ticket. We hope to see you there!
Parent-Teacher conferences will be held March 12th-14th. We will have more information to come.
